Meaning

The data was changed elsewhere since it was loaded: reload the page and try again.

What to do

Check the request (parameters, method, resource identifier) then try again; if rate limited, wait for the delay given by the Retry-After header.

Keep the request_id field of the response: it lets support find the incident.
